Bahe Spruhan, 5-year old grandson of Father John Spruhan and Mother Judy Spruhan (both Episcopal priests on the Rosebud Reservation living in Rosebud), has won the title of "Navajo Little Prince 2010" and is tribe royalty in the Navajo Nation (where he is enrolled).
In this competition, Bahe had to demonstrate his fluency in the Navajo language (he attends school in Ft. Defiance where his classes are all conducted in Navajo), by introducing his family and reciting a prayer in Navajo. He did a splendid job reciting "The Navajo Greet the Morning" and was crowned the Navajo Little Prince for this year.
His parents are Bidtah Becker and Paul Spruhan (both of Ft. Defiance).

Congratulations to the proud Prince, his parents and grandparents!
