And this isn't even Iowa.

But build it and they will come ... 
After being part of the group who built this ball field 16 years ago ,
I can't tell you how good it feels to see it coming back to life.
and being used by a local team for practice
within minutes of our group calling it quits for today.
Another generation with a safe place to gather and play.

It was a good day.

    I love that the children are taking part of the refurbishing. I have learned when our children. Help plant, harvest, and prepare the garden at school it gives them a sense of pride and they make every effort to protect it.
