Day 2

Philosophical discussions have been in no short supply this year -

along with terrible puns,

the creation of new words,

phrases turned into songs

and

jokes which have reduced us to tears

but would make sense to no one but us.

And 'us' has expanded by 3 ...

While there's a particularity 

to every 'Mission trip' experience,

there's also a universality to the work.

One thing we could all agree on is -

it's hot!

Forget the 'dry heat' fantasy;

it was damn hot!

We would have joined the kids in the Little White River - 

but we didn't want to scare the children!

Maybe tomorrow -

if the weather doesn't break!
